Historia

William Haislip "Billy" Squier. Nasceu em Boston - Massachusetts, em 12 de maio de 1950.Graduado em Weslley High School em 1968. Cresceu aprendendo piano e guitarra, mas não tinha um interesse muito forte por música até descobrir "Eric Clapton & John Mayall The Bluebreakers". Entrou na faculdade de música Berklee no ano de 1971. É um músico de rock (guitarrista e tecladista/pianista) dos Estados Unidos . Tem uma ligação ao rock de arena. Sua canção mais conhecida é "The Stroke" do álbum "Don't Say No", lançado em 1981. Outras músicas famosas incluem: "In The Dark", " Rock Me Tonite", "Lonely Is The Night", "My Kinda Lover", "Everybody Wants You", "All Night Long" e "Emotions In Motion".
